John C. Lopes – Founder / Senior Project Manager, System Architect

John has over 20 years of experience in end to end software consulting in various sectors.  Over the past 10 years, John has acted as the Director of IT and Project Manager for various Hedge Funds across different investment strategies and has built custom Asset Management and Portfolio Management Solutions (Swiss Re, Fortress Investments, Nomura) that manage over 100 Billion AUM.

John has identified defined, scoped and implemented solutions for multiple Asset Management and Hedge Funds in the Capital Markets sector, across investment strategies and business functions. John’s most recent engagement, was acting as the Project Manager for a $1.9 billion leading specialist manager, focused solely on structured credit and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) investment strategies, to deliver an Enterprise Sourcing & Asset Management System.

Prior to starting his own Technology Consulting Firm; Prysma Technologies, LLC, John was a Senior Project Manager and Lead Developer at Bond Technologies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology University and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix Arizona.
